MASTIWHITE
White Polymer Waterproof Material for Roofs
Mastiwhite is a white polymer water proof material that creates a waterproofing layer that is flexible at a wide range of temperatures.
Mastiwhite protects roofs against water infiltration and overheating in the summer. Mastiwhite is especially designed to seal new concrete roofs, flat and sloped surfaces and roofs coated previously with bitumen.

Application
The material is ready for use requiring no additional dilution.
Stir material well before use. Apply using spray or brush.
Spread first layer of Mastiwhite at a thickness of 1.5 kg per m².
For all floor wall contact points continue spreading layer 30 cm over vertical surfaces. While surface is still wet, sink glass net with overlapping of 10 cm over entire area.
Wait 16 to 24 hours until dry. Time may vary due to weather conditions. After surface is dry apply second coat of Mastiwhite perform same described for first coat.

Surface Preparation (New Concrete Roof)
Surface should be completely smooth. Ensure that there is appropriate slant (at least 2%) and water draining capability.
The right angle between the horizontal and veritcal elements should be rounded by application of polymer modified mortar cement mixture. Expansion joint should be sealed with appropriate elstomer mastic. Clean surface well from all oil, dirt and debris. Spread a primecoat of Mastiwhite, diluted in 30% water at 300 gr per m². wait one to two hours until surface ia dry (time varies due to weather conditions) before spreading Mastiwhite.
Surface Preparation - Bitumen Concrete Roof
Remove old whitening and pealing bitumem. Clean surface well of dirt, dust and debris. Ensure that there is an adequate sloping and water draining capability. The right angle between the horizontal and vertical elements should be rounded by application of polymer modified mortar cement mixture. Over all horizontal vertical contact points. Spread a primecoat of “Primer 107” at 300-400 gr per m². wait 1-2 hours until surface is dry (time varies due to weather conditions).
Spread Mastiwhite.
Drying Time
Contact dry – 24 hours.
Final dry time – one week.

Notes
- Clean tools in water.
- In order for Mastiwhite to effectively stop water penetration ensure that freshly coated area remains moisture free for at least one week.
- Mastiwhite is not recommended for floored porches.
- Ventilate closed working area well during use.
- Thoroughly wash hands with soap and water after material use.
